Valérie studied health sciences at Cégep Edouard Montpetit and then turned to accounting sciences at UQAM. She completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, while working at KOBAS & KOBAS. 

Prior to joining the Kobas team, Valérie already had accounting experience as an assistant accountant for a private company managing several projects and mandates for the City of Montreal and as a self-employed accountant for several clients. 

Part of the Kobas team since 2014, she has developed experience in several types of accounting and expertise in numerous accounting systems. Valérie is responsible for training and managing the accounting team for the firm. She also offers accounting training to clients who wish to improve their knowledge and the efficiency of their internal accounting records. Having a particular interest in numbers, she quickly specialized in compilation assignments, corporate accounting and accounting support for small- to mid-size enterprise (SME).
