Founding partner of the firm, Nermin Kobas, has more than 18 years of business experience. With experience in audits and assurance, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, he also specializes in corporate and personal tax, tax reorganizations and corporate restructurings, assurance and accounting standards, as well as their application. 

Nermin specializes in interventions with companies of all sizes operating in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, service, retail, construction, as well as with growing or start-up companies and non-profit organizations in the private sector. 

With his knowledge in tax and assurance, he is recognized in the business world for his skills as a successful entrepreneur. He implements dynamic and proactive solutions and adopts practical strategies that help clients make informed decisions to guide them towards successful results. 

Actively involved at the community level by sitting on the boards of several organizations, Nermin has demonstrated his leadership and great generosity of spirit. For more than 7 years, including 4 years as President, he was involved in the Montérégie CPA Group.

Nermin Kobas also worked for several years at HEC Montréal as an instructor/corrector for the specialized graduate diplomas (DESS) program and acts as a private coach for graduates of the CFE program (formerly UFE) of the Québec CPA Order.
